About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development person with experience or interest in payment gateways, digital payments, and fintech solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role located in <b>Dubai</b> for a <b>Business Development Executive</b> Payments & Fintech. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing leads, communicating effectively with clients, and handling account management. The executive will also collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure alignment with the company’s goals. <br> <br> <b>++ Salary: AED 7000 to 8000</b> per month inclusive of fixed allowances.<br> <b>++ Additional Benefits:</b> As per the labor law <br> <b>++ Key Demographic Requirements</b> applicants must be:

Requirements
<b>Qualifications:</b> <br> • 1 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles –It is a must in fintech, payments, SaaS, or e-commerce. <br> • Knowledge of APIs, payment flows, or fintech platforms. <br> • Research and identify potential clients in the payments and fintech ecosystem. <br> • Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation <br> • Strong abilities in Business and Account Management <br> • Effective Communication skills <br> • Proven track record in payments or fintech industry is a plus <br> • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field <br> • Ability to work independently and as part of a team <br> • Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools <br> • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous <br> <br> <b>- Requirements:</b> <br> ++ we are looking for Arab candidates who have good experience in fintech field. <br> ++ English and Arabic are a must
