Machine Operator

We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to join our team as <b>Machine Operators</b> in a dynamic manufacturing environment located in <b>SITE Area, Metroville Karachi</b>. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined candidates with experience in specialized machinery operations, looking to grow within a progressive organization. <br>

As a <b>Machine Operator</b>, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of various production equipment including <b>injection molding machines, tubing machines, and capping machines</b>. You’ll ensure smooth production flow by maintaining equipment performance, conducting routine checks, and resolving minor mechanical issues. This role requires precision, a strong technical understanding of mechanical systems, and the ability to follow safety protocols meticulously. <br> <br>

<b>+ Shifts:</b> <br> ++ Rotational Shifts: <b>A, B, C</b> (each shift is 8 hours) <br> <b>+ Salary & Benefits:</b>

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Operate and monitor injection molding, tubing, and capping machines to meet production targets. <br>
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure output meets specifications. <br>
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and minor mechanical repairs. <br>
• Ensure timely cleaning and maintenance of machines. <br>
• Coordinate with shift supervisors for production updates. <br>
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene standards. <br> <br>

<b>++Qualifications:</b> <br>

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (3-year program mandatory). <br>
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience operating the relevant machinery in a manufacturing setup. <br>
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. <br>
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
