IT Officer

The <b>IT Officer</b> plays a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing hotel technology infrastructure. This position ensures seamless network operations, resolves technical issues promptly, and supports hardware and software management to keep internal systems secure and efficient.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Monitor and maintain hotel networks, systems, and equipment <br>
• Troubleshoot technical issues across departments <br>
• Ensure data security, backup systems, and software updates <br>
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement <br>
• Support digital tools used in guest services, reservations, and operations <br>
• Maintain system documentation and compliance with industry standards

• Proven experience in hotel IT operations or hospitality systems <br>
• Proficiency in network management, Windows OS, POS systems, and hotel PMS software <br>
