Requirements

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

  • Greet and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs <br>
  • Handle reservations and room allocation <br>
  • Process payments and issue invoices <br>
  • Maintain front desk logs and ensure shift handovers <br>
  • Address guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
    <br> <br> <b>- Required Experience:</b> <br>
  • Prior experience in hotel front desk or reception duties <br>
  • Proficiency in reservation systems and basic accounting <br>
  • Strong communication, grooming, and customer service skills
