Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Greet and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs <br>
- Handle reservations and room allocation <br>
- Process payments and issue invoices <br>
- Maintain front desk logs and ensure shift handovers <br>
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
<br> <br> <b>- Required Experience:</b> <br> - Prior experience in hotel front desk or reception duties <br>
- Proficiency in reservation systems and basic accounting <br>
- Strong communication, grooming, and customer service skills
