We are seeking passionate and dedicated <b>Female Special Education Specialists</b> to join our team in <b>Riyadh</b>. The ideal candidates will have prior experience working with individuals who have special needs, and be well-versed in developing personalized educational plans that cater to various cognitive, emotional, and behavioral challenges. This role requires empathy, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the methodologies used in special education to promote growth and independence among students.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Assess student needs and create tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) <br>
• Provide instructional support for learners with developmental, intellectual, and behavioral differences <br>
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to monitor student progress <br>
• Apply adaptive teaching strategies and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment <br>
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory standards <br> <br> <b>- Experience Requirement:</b> <br>
• Minimum of <b>1 to 10 years</b> of relevant field experience
