<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Facilitate Montessori-based learning for children aged 3–6, fostering independence, curiosity, and developmental growth. <br>
• Create age-appropriate lesson plans and activities in alignment with Montessori principles. <br>
• Maintain a structured yet flexible classroom atmosphere that supports individualized learning. <br>
• Observe and document student progress, adjusting instruction to meet developmental needs. <br>
• Build positive relationships with students and parents through regular communication and feedback. <br>
• Collaborate with fellow educators and administration to uphold educational standards and participate in school initiatives. <br> <br>

<b>- Qualifications & Requirements:</b> <br>

• Must be a <b>Saudi National</b> (as per organizational hiring policy). <br>
• Possess a recognized <b>Montessori certification</b> or equivalent early childhood education qualification. <br>
• Minimum of <b>3 years’ proven experience</b> as a Montessori or early childhood teacher. <br>
• Strong understanding of child development principles and Montessori philosophy. <br>
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills. <br>
