Social Media Accounts Manager

<b>Rainbow Kids Kindergarten</b> is seeking a creative and dynamic <b>Social Media Accounts Manager</b> to lead its digital presence across platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling content that captures the warmth, playfulness, and professionalism of the kindergarten, while also engaging our community of parents, educators, and followers.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the kindergarten’s mission, values, and target audience. <br>
• Create visually engaging and emotionally resonant content—images, reels, captions, stories, and campaigns—that reflect the kindergarten’s spirit. <br>
• Manage social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok. <br>
• Monitor engagement metrics, optimize performance, and adapt content based on analytics and audience interaction. <br>
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally to maintain active communication with followers. <br>
• Coordinate with educators, staff, and management to gather authentic content that highlights daily life at the kindergarten. <br>

• Stay updated with current trends and innovations in social media, particularly in education and family-focused platforms.

<b>- Qualifications & Skills:</b> <br>

• Proven experience in managing social media accounts for a brand or organization, preferably in education, childcare, or family services. <br>
• Advanced proficiency in <b>both Arabic and English</b>, with strong writing and communication skills in both languages. <br>
• Ability to develop high-quality visuals and captions that resonate with diverse audiences. <br>
• Strategic mindset with the creativity to propose and present innovative ideas. <br>
• Experience working with children or in child-friendly environments is highly preferred. <br>
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks or campaigns simultaneously. <br>

• Familiarity with graphic design tools and scheduling platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
