Serve as the frontline contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and courteous interaction throughout their healthcare journey. This role supports the hospital’s commitment to quality care and customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, assisting with appointments, and resolving service-related issues.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Greet patients and visitors professionally and compassionately. <br>
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries effectively. <br>
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments across departments. <br>
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient processing. <br>
- Address complaints or service disruptions promptly and professionally. <br>
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and transactions. <br>
- Educate patients on hospital services, procedures, and billing inquiries. <br>
- Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements where needed. <br> <br> <b>- Qualifications & Requirements:</b> <br>
- Must be a <b>Saudi national</b>. <br>
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. <br>
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (verbal & written). <br>
- Familiarity with hospital information systems and digital scheduling tools. <br>
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. <br>
- Flexibility to work <b>in split shifts</b>, including evenings or weekends if required. <br> <br> <b>- Preferred Traits:</b> <br>
- Calm under pressure and capable of resolving conflicts diplomatically. <br>
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. <br>
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
