Registered Nurse

Deliver compassionate and efficient patient care aligned with clinical standards and hospital protocols. As part of Gama Hospital’s multidisciplinary team, the nurse plays a vital role in promoting health, preventing illness, and supporting recovery through personalized care and medical coordination.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Administer patient care based on individualized treatment plans and physician instructions. <br>
• Monitor and document patient symptoms, vital signs, and responses to medications. <br>
• Assist in medical procedures and provide pre- and post-operative care. <br>
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and technicians for comprehensive care delivery. <br>
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance. <br>
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and infection control in assigned areas. <br>
• Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies or changes in patient conditions. <br>
• Uphold confidentiality and patient dignity in all interactions. <br> <br>

<b>- Qualifications & Requirements:</b> <br>

• Must possess <b>valid classification</b> from the <b>Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS)</b>.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution. <br>
• Proficiency in Arabic and basic English communication. <br>
• Familiarity with hospital systems and electronic medical records. <br>
• Demonstrated ability to work shifts, including weekends or holidays if necessary. <br> <br>
