About the Role
<b>Tadawi Hospital</b> is seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy <b>Treasurer</b> to oversee financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role is critical to the hospital’s financial integrity, requiring strong accounting fundamentals and the ability to manage daily cash flow, budgeting, and audit preparations. The ideal candidate will play an essential role in streamlining financial procedures and supporting strategic decision-making.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Monitor and manage hospital cash flow, financial transactions, and banking operations <br>
- Prepare periodic financial reports and reconciliations for internal and external audits <br>
- Ensure timely payment of obligations including vendor invoices, salaries, and statutory dues <br>
- Maintain and update financial records in accordance with SOCPA and hospital standards <br>
- Coordinate with accounting and administrative departments to streamline budgeting and forecasting <br>
- Support the development and implementation of internal financial controls <br>

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and documentation for board review

<b>- Required Qualifications:</b> <br>
- Diploma in Accounting from a recognized institution <br>
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in accounting or financial management <br>
- Valid certificate from the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants <b>(SOCPA)</b> <br>
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage <br>
