About the Role
To provide administrative and operational support to the sales team by managing sales documentation , coordinating with internal departments , ensuring smooth order processing , and maintain accurate sales records to enhance overall sales efficiency and customer satisfaction .

The Sales administration role is part of the sales team and helps make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This includes handling sales orders , following up with other departments like finance , logistics and production, and making sure records are correct. The job needs good coordination and communication skills to help the sales team focus on customer and growing the business .
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Maintain total team commitment to achieving and exceeding the monthly invoicing target <br>
- Leading & following up with all stakeholders ( production team , sales , supply chain & logistic ) to assure materials are ready & dispatch as per order acknowledgement <br>
- Provide commercial input as required for tenders and quotes. <br>
- Developing departmental and individual objectives. Encourage teamwork, talent and set priority and performance expectations to build strength in the department <br>
- Working closely with the Sales Supervisor to ensure compliance and proper process in place. <br>
- Entering ,reflecting & recording all documents related to Sales operation ( PO’s , delivery note , Quotations ,Approved TAF , forecast , Agreements , order acknowledgement) as per LE standard & procedure <br>
- Auditing , checking & raising any risk on payment terms or delivery penalty in any Purchase order or agreement <br> <br>
<b>- Qualifications, Experience & Skills:</b> <br>
++ Educated to degree level in a business-related discipline <br> ++ Good command of English and Arabic ( written and verbal ) <br> ++ Proficiency in Microsoft Office <br> ++ No prior experience required <br> <br>
