Reservations / Sales Team

A leading wholesaler and travel agency in Kuwait is seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to join our <b>Sales and Reservations Team</b>. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about the travel and tourism industry and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. <br> <br> As a member of the Reservations, Ticketing, and Sales Team, you will be responsible for managing travel bookings, issuing tickets, and providing expert guidance to clients. You will play a key role in maintaining client relationships, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring seamless travel experiences through your knowledge of global distribution systems and market trends.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissues, refunds, and EMDs using <b>Galileo and Amadeus</b> systems <br>
• Provide expert consultation on travel requirements, visa regulations, and itinerary planning <br>
• Maintain and expand a strong network of industry contacts and client relationships <br>
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service <br>
• Stay updated on market trends, airline policies, and promotional offers <br>
• Resolve booking issues and manage customer inquiries efficiently under pressure <br>

• Support group bookings and corporate travel arrangements when needed

<b>- Candidate Requirements:</b> <br>

• Minimum <b>5 years of experience</b> in Kuwait’s travel and tourism sector
• Proficient in <b>Galileo and Amadeus</b> reservation systems <br>
• In-depth knowledge of travel documentation, airline procedures, and market dynamics <br>
• Strong interpersonal skills and a well-established network within the industry <br>
• Willingness to learn and grow within the travel and tourism field <br>
• Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a team-oriented environment <br>
• Fluent in <b>Arabic and English</b> (spoken and written) <br>
• Valid <b>Kuwaiti driving license</b> <br>
• <b>Transferable visa</b> is mandatory
