Civil Engineer / Draftsman

Our company is seeking a skilled and dedicated <b>Saudi National</b> to join our engineering team in <b>Dammam.</b> The role of <b>Civil Engineer / Draftsman</b> involves working primarily on active construction sites, overseeing project execution, and preparing technical engineering drawings. The ideal candidate will blend site supervision skills with proficiency in design software to ensure high-quality construction standards are met on every project.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Supervise daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and structural standards. <br>
• Liaise with contractors, architects, and internal stakeholders to coordinate project phases. <br>
• Draft and update detailed civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant tools. <br>
• Conduct site assessments and prepare technical reports as required. <br>
• Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation workflows. <br>
• Ensure timely completion of engineering deliverables and maintain quality benchmarks. <br> <br> <b>- Qualifications:</b> <br>
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. <br>
• Must hold Saudi nationality (as per hiring requirements). <br>
• Strong knowledge of engineering codes and standards applicable in Saudi Arabia. <br>
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers membership (preferred). <br> <br> <b>- Skills & Experience:</b> <br>
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision and drafting. <br>
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other civil engineering design software. <br>
• Excellent technical drawing and drafting skills with attention to detail. <br>
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities. <br>
• Ability to interpret architectural and structural plans accurately.
