About the Role
We are seeking an experienced <b>Electrical Supervisor</b> with a strong background in oil & gas operations to oversee and manage the full lifecycle of electrical maintenance and commissioning activities across critical sites including <b>AR Terminal and Hail.</b> The ideal candidate should possess strategic maintenance expertise, risk management capabilities, and a proven commitment to <b>HSE quality standards.</b>
Requirements
<b>Candidate Requirements:</b> <br>
- <b>Education:</b> Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering <br>
- <b>Experience:</b> Minimum 10 years in the Oil & Gas industry <br>
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems in large-scale industrial environments <br>
- Familiarity with <b>HSE protocols</b>, risk assessment procedures, and permit-to-work systems <br>

Proven ability to manage rotational schedules and high-pressure maintenance cycles

<b>- Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- <b>Monthly Maintenance Planning:</b> <br>
++ Develop and seek approval for monthly maintenance schedules in alignment with the AL master plan; oversee implementation within specified timelines <br> - <b>Budgeting & Resource Control:</b> <br>
++ Contribute to the development of annual budgets for electrical equipment; ensure all activities are executed within approved financial limits <br> - <b>Team Leadership & Communication:</b> <br>
++ Deliver clear operational instructions to subordinates and ensure their adherence to management protocols through structured daily coordination <br> - <b>Daily Work Planning:</b>
++ Collaborate with Electrical Engineers to organize and prioritize daily tasks, ensuring seamless flow of maintenance activities <br> - <b>Risk Assessment & Safety Compliance:</b> <br>
++ Analyze all work orders, conduct risk assessments, and prepare corresponding permit-to-work documentation to mitigate operational risks <br> - <b>Equipment Oversight & Troubleshooting:</b> <br>
++ Supervise daily maintenance checks and guide the installation or upkeep of electrical infrastructure; develop corrective action plans where necessary <br> - <b>Shutdown Planning:</b> <br>
++ Prepare and implement shutdown job plans according to established procedures, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum safety <br> - <b>Field Reporting & Analysis:</b> <br>
++ Review detailed field reports, conduct periodic site visits, and drive continuous improvement through accurate diagnosis and recommendations <br> - <b>Commissioning Support:</b> <br>
++ Lead commissioning of electrical equipment in coordination with site protocols; ensure compliance with performance and safety benchmarks
