• Manage travel bookings, reservations, and itinerary arrangements using booking software <br>
• Provide accurate information about travel products, visa requirements, flight schedules, and pricing <br>
• Maintain a well-organized and professional workspace in line with company standards <br>
• Follow up with potential leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business <br>
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high service quality <br> <br>

<b>- Required Qualifications:</b> <br>

• Proficiency in spoken and written English (required) <br>
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and internet applications <br>
• Polished interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients <br>
