About the Role
We are looking for an experienced <b>Application Support Specialist,</b> in Cairo, Egypt.
Requirements
<b>Required Education, Skills & Experience:</b> <br>

Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. <br>

From 2 to 3 Years experience in Enterprise application and software <br>

Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in developing and supporting applications using PHP and Python frameworks. <br>

Database Management: Solid understanding of database technologies like SQL Server, MySQL and Postgres database, including database design and optimization. <br>

Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve application-related issues effectively. <br>

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with users, team members, and stakeholders. <br>

Documentation: Ability to create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting manuals. <br>

Collaboration: Ability to work closely with development teams, IT operations, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth application operations. <br>

Training Skills: Proficiency in providing training and support to end-users to enhance their application usage. <br>

Advanced Certifications (Preferred): Certifications such as ITIL, or specific application-related certifications can be beneficial. <br>

Technical Support: Prior experience in providing first and second-level support for enterprise applications. <br>

User Training and Support: Proven track record in training end-users and supporting them in effectively utilizing enterprise applications.
