HSE Manager

We are urgently seeking a highly experienced <b>Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager</b> to oversee and ensure the effective implementation of HSE standards across our large-scale construction projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, deep technical knowledge of occupational health and safety, and a proven leadership track record in high-risk environments. <br> <br> The <b>HSE Manager</b> will be responsible for planning, developing, and enforcing safety policies to ensure a safe working environment while aligning with regulatory and company standards. This role requires proactive risk identification, mitigation strategies, team coordination, and compliance oversight to promote a culture of safety throughout all construction phases.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE programs tailored to project-specific risks. <br>
• Monitor site operations and enforce compliance with local, national, and international safety standards. <br>
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations, and generate actionable reports. <br>
• Lead HSE training programs and awareness sessions for on-site staff and subcontractors. <br>
• Review and upgrade existing safety protocols as needed based on project development and legislative changes. <br>

• Liaise with client representatives, legal bodies, and internal teams to ensure timely compliance and reporting.

<b>- Requirements:</b> <br>

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Environment, Health & Safety, Occupational Health, or related disciplines. <br>
• 10 | 12 years of <b>hands-on HSE Management experience</b> specifically within the construction industry. <br>
• Valid certification in HSE Management systems such as <b>NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent.</b> <br>
• Prior experience working in the <b>KSA or GCC region</b> is strongly preferred. <br>
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities in dynamic project environments. <br>
• Excellent <b>English communication skills</b> written and verbal. <br>
• Must be <b>immediately available</b> to join.
