Appliance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Appliance Technician who can handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of various commercial kitchen and restaurant appliances. The technician will also be responsible for ensuring equipment is running efficiently, performing diagnostics, and responding to equipment breakdowns promptly.

<b>Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Install and configure new kitchen and restaurant equipment (cookers, ovens, fryers, dishwashers, etc.)

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on appliances
  <br>
• Diagnose malfunctions and execute timely repairs to minimize downtime
  <br>
• Replace faulty parts, rewire units, and adjust components as necessary
  <br>
• Conduct safety checks and ensure equipment complies with health and safety standards
  <br>
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical fixes related to appliances
  <br>
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report any issues to the supervisor
  <br>
• Work collaboratively with restaurant staff to identify and solve appliance-related issues

<b>- Qualifications & Skills: </b> <br>

• Minimum 2/3 years of experience as an Appliance Technician or in a similar maintenance role
  <br>
• Technical diploma or relevant vocational training preferred
  <br>
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, heating elements, refrigeration, and plumbing basics
  <br>
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams
  <br>
• Comfortable working independently and handling emergency repairs
  <br>
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  <br>
• Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry is an added advantage
  <br>
• Must be physically fit and able to lift/move heavy equipment when needed
  <br>
• Should be familiar with Saudi workplace safety protocols
