The <b>Interior Design Engineer</b> will lead and contribute to the conceptualization, planning, and execution of high-end residential and commercial interior projects. This role demands creativity, technical proficiency, and strong client communication to deliver visually stunning and functionally sound environments.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Develop interior design concepts and detailed layouts based on client briefs and company standards. <br>
- Prepare architectural drawings, mood boards, 3D renderings, and material specifications. <br>
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of design plans. <br>
- Oversee site inspections and monitor design implementation for quality assurance. <br>
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, innovative materials, and design technologies. <br> <br>
<b>- Requirements:</b> <br>
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. <br>
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. <br>
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite. <br>
- Strong aesthetic sensibility with practical space planning skills. <br>
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. <br>
- Knowledge of local codes and building regulations in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
