About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated <b>Human Resources Manager</b> to join our logistics operations in <b>Al-Khobar.</b> This role involves overseeing all aspects of HR management, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws, and fostering a productive and engaged workforce. Ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of HR systems, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to supporting company objectives.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

<b>Employee Records Management:</b>
Maintain up-to-date employee files including personal information, contracts, and performance evaluations. Ensure secure handling of sensitive data. <br> -
<b>Attendance & Leave Monitoring:</b> <br>
Oversee daily attendance tracking and verify leave requests in accordance with company policies. <br> -
<b>Payroll & Contract Administration:</b> <br>
Prepare monthly payroll, calculate allowances and deductions, and update employment contracts as needed. <br> -
<b>Government Portal Coordination:</b> <br>
Handle all HR-related tasks across government platforms including GOSI, medical insurance systems, Muqeem, Absher, and Qiwa. Ensure timely renewals and accurate data submission. <br> -
<b>Recruitment & Onboarding Support:</b> <br>
Assist in identifying hiring needs, coordinating with internal departments, and streamlining onboarding procedures for new hires. <br> -
<b>Internal Communication & HR Reporting:</b> <br>
Facilitate interdepartmental HR communications and prepare reports on employee performance, HR metrics, and policy updates.<br> <br>
<b>- Candidate Requirements:</b> <br>
- Must be a <b>Saudi national</b> <br>
- Proven experience in <b>Human Resources</b>, preferably within <b>logistics or supply chain sectors</b> <br>
- Proficient in <b>HR software systems</b>, Microsoft Office, and digital platforms <br>
- Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and ability to work under pressure <br>
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent is preferred
