About the Role
The <b>Social Media Manager</b> will play a pivotal role in developing and executing multi-channel digital strategies that amplify brand presence and drive engagement across platforms. The ideal candidate is a performance-driven marketer with a flair for content creation, deep analytical acumen, and the ability to align digital efforts with client objectives. <br> <br> This role demands expertise in paid advertising, performance marketing, and campaign optimization across major platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn. The manager will collaborate closely with internal design and content teams to ensure cohesive, brand-aligned messaging and an engaging visual identity.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Strategize and implement bespoke social media plans for diverse clients, tailored to industry and audience. <br>
- Design and execute high-impact paid advertising campaigns with a strong ROI focus. <br>
- Create, publish, and monitor engaging content while managing cross-platform scheduling and performance tracking. <br>
- Leverage analytics and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and meet KPIs. <br>
- Coordinate with creative teams to produce visually appealing, brand-aligned content and graphics. <br>
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform algorithms, user behavior trends, and emerging tools. <br> <br> <b>- Candidate Requirements:</b> <br>
- 3–4 years of proven experience managing social media accounts and executing high-performing campaigns. <br>
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), their algorithms, and target demographics. <br>
- Demonstrated success in running paid performance campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. <br>
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to ideate and express compelling brand narratives. <br>
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. <br>
- Familiarity with key analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and reporting metrics.
