We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining high-quality standards, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in managing staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and a strong understanding of food and beverage operations. You will be responsible for training and mentoring staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about menu items, preparation methods, and service standards. Your role will also involve monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and managing budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
