Requirements
<b>Role Responsibilities: </b> <br>
- Be the single point of accountability for the project controls on selected projects <br>
- Work directly with senior project executives and ensure project continuity <br>
- Interact, direct and guide documentation, cost and schedule controllers <br>
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, both internal and external <br>
- Support in winning new work orders through external tendering and building internal networks <br>
- Develop and continuously improve the work processes related to project controls <br> <br>
<b>- Role Requirements: </b> <br>
- Education: Preferable bachelor in Engineering or building environment or business. <br>
- Technical Skills: Need to be proficient in scheduling software, cost management software, and other tools commonly used in project management. <br>
- Candidates should also have a good understanding of integration management, cost engineering, and risk management principles. <br>
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience <br>
- Certifications: Registration or eligibility to register with professional bodies would be an advantage. <br>
- Qualification related to any project controls field of specialization Proven experience in people management. <br> <br>
<b>- Skills & Characteristics: </b> <br>
- Passionate about project control management as a primary career choice Able to navigate uncertainty and conflict resolution. <br>
- Inspirational leadership and people developer qualities. <br>
- Strong Communication Skills: The candidate needs to be able to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including project team members, management, and clients. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential in this role. <br>
- Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: The project controls manager must be able to analyze data, identify problems and develop solutions. <br>
- Strong Organizational Skills: The candidate must be able to keep track of multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, so it’s important to demonstrate strong organizational skills. <br>
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: The candidate needs to be able to work well in a team and to be able to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. <br>
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Being able to adapt to changes in project scope, schedule, or budget is essential for the role. <br>
- Detail-Oriented: The job requires attention to detail and accuracy to ensure that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
