IT Specialist

We are looking for a proactive IT Specialist to manage and support our company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and cybersecurity compliance.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems <br>
• Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT issues promptly <br>
• Manage data backups and disaster recovery plans <br>
• Ensure cybersecurity protocols are implemented and updated <br>
• Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades and maintenance <br>
• Monitor system performance and optimize IT resources <br> <br> <b>- Qualifications:</b> <br>
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field <br>
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration <br>
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and network security tools <br>
• Knowledge of cloud services and ERP systems is a plus <br> <br> <b>- Preferred Skills:</b> <br>
• Problem-solving mindset and technical aptitude <br>
• Strong documentation and reporting skills <br>
• Bilingual communication (English and Arabic)
