About the Role
We are seeking a strategic Procurement Engineer to manage sourcing, vendor relations, and procurement processes for engineering and construction materials.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines
- Prepare RFQs, analyze bids, and negotiate contracts
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and services for ongoing projects
- Maintain procurement records and vendor databases
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to forecast material needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi procurement regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement within industrial or construction sectors
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software
- Strong knowledge of local and international sourcing practices
Preferred Skills:
- Negotiation and vendor management expertise
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Arabic)
