QA/QC Engineer - Civil

This role is responsible for ensuring that all civil works are performed according to project specifications and quality standards. The engineer will implement the Quality Management System, manage site inspections and testing, coordinate with clients and third parties, and perform root cause analysis for any issues. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, familiarity with international standards like ASTM and ISO 9001, and experience in construction projects.
