Planning Engineer - Civil/MEP

The Planning Engineer is responsible for creating and managing project schedules for Civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works. This involves accumulating and analyzing data for planning, producing detailed schedules for all project phases, and verifying the critical path. The engineer will also evaluate progress, prepare reports, and provide recommendations when actual progress deviates from the plan. Proficiency in planning software like Primavera P6 is a key requirement.

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules.<br>
• Accumulate and analyze data for planning purposes.<br>
• Prepare cash flow, key performance indicator charts, and reports.<br>
• Evaluate and analyze project progress and provide accurate forecasts.<br>
• Review and evaluate subcontractors' schedules.
