Accountant / Data Entry Operator

<b>Captain Chef</b> is seeking a meticulous and financially astute <b>Accountant / Data Entry Operator</b> to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is ideal for candidates who excel in both financial operations and accurate data management.

<b>Key Responsibilities: </b> <br>

• Accurately input customer and account data from source documents into internal systems. <br>
• Organize and maintain financial and administrative records in a structured format. <br>
• Review data for accuracy, correct discrepancies, and ensure high-quality output. <br>
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and financial reports as needed. <br>
• Assist with daily financial operations, including petty cash and receipt reconciliation. <br>
• Maintain updated records in both digital and physical formats. <br>
• Support the accounting team during audits and monthly financial closings. <br>
• Perform routine data backups and uphold confidentiality of sensitive information. <br>
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve account-related issues and data corrections. <br>
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking, calculations, and report templates. <br>
• Operate office equipment such as scanners and printers. <br>

• Handle general administrative tasks related to data and finance.

  <br> <br> <b>- Qualifications & Skills:</b> <br>

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred). <br>
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and formulas). <br>
• Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or data entry is an advantage. <br>
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. <br>
• Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently. <br>
• Excellent organizational and time management skills. <br>
• Effective communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). <br>
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work under pressure. <br>
• Eagerness to learn and embrace new systems and procedures.
