Requirements

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

  • Proactively identify, target, and acquire B2B clients in need of transportation and warehousing services. <br>

  • Leverage your existing client database to generate new leads and secure new business for Full Truckload (FTL), Less-Than-Truckload (LTL), and warehousing solutions. <br>

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in your accounts. <br>

  • Prepare and present customized proposals and service agreements to prospective clients. <br>

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to meet sales targets while ensuring company profitability. <br>

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. <br>

  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure a successful client experience for all contracted services. <br> <br> <b>- Requirements & Qualifications:</b> <br>

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of direct sales experience in the 3PL logistics sector in Saudi Arabia. <br> <br> <b>+ An active client portfolio with a focus on:</b> <br> ++ Full Truckload (FTL) and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) services. <br> ++ Transportation for various vehicle types, including large truck trailers and city distribution trucks (Dyana). <br> ++ Demonstrated expertise and a strong network in B2B transportation and warehousing solutions. <br> ++ Proven experience in selling Dry, Ambient, and Cold Chain transportation solutions. <br> ++ Fluency in both Arabic and English. <br> ++ A valid KSA driving license and a transferable Iqama. <br> <br> <b>- Skills:</b> <br>

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. <br>

  • High-caliber business acumen with an aggressive mindset for business development. <br>

  • Self-directed and highly motivated to achieve targets, with the ability to work independently when needed.
