Data Entry | Accountant

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented <b>Data Entry & Accountant</b> to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves managing and maintaining precise and accurate records of our financial transactions and business data. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge and the ability to work without errors under tight deadlines.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Accurately input and update financial and business data in a timely manner. <br>
• Compile and maintain ledgers, journals, and other financial records. <br>
• Assist in the preparation of invoices, VAT filings, and expense reports. <br>
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts. <br>
• Support the monthly and annual financial closing processes. <br>
• Generate essential financial and management reports. <br>
• Ensure data confidentiality and maintain a proper filing system. <br>

• Collaborate with other departments to guarantee the accuracy of transaction data.

<b>- Requirements and Qualifications:</b> <br>

• Diploma or degree in Accounting or Commerce. <br>
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word (knowledge of formulas and pivot tables is a plus). <br>
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (debit/credit, VAT, ledger maintenance). <br>
• High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in data entry and reporting. <br>
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or accounting is preferred, but applications from recent graduates are also welcome. <br>
• Strong task prioritization and time management skills. <br>
• Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English. <br>

• Must be a resident of Saudi Arabia.
