About the Role

The Insurance Specialist plays a key role in advising clients on suitable insurance plans, managing policy issuance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through coverage options and claims processes.

Requirements

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products <br>
  • Prepare and process insurance applications and renewals <br>
  • Liaise with insurance providers to secure competitive quotes <br>
  • Ensure all documentation complies with industry regulations <br>
  • Provide post-sale support including claims guidance and policy updates <br>
  • Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes <br> <br>

<b>- Qualifications:</b> <br>

  • Saudi nationality preferred <br>
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance operations <br>
  • Strong analytical and customer service skills <br>
  • Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory frameworks <br>
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English communication
