Public Relations Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced <b>Public Relations Specialist</b> to join our team in <b>Dammam.</b> The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the organization’s public image, building strong relationships with media and stakeholders, and executing strategic communication plans that reflect our values and mission. <br> <br> This role requires a proactive communicator with a deep understanding of the Saudi market, cultural sensitivities, and the ability to craft compelling messages in both Arabic and English.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation <br>
• Manage media relations, including press releases, interviews, and event coverage <br>
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging across all channels <br>
• Monitor public sentiment and respond to inquiries or issues in a timely, professional manner <br>
• Organize and support corporate events, sponsorships, and community outreach initiatives <br>
• Prepare bilingual content for social media, newsletters, and official communications <br>
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders <br> <br>

<b>- Qualifications:</b> <br>

• Minimum <b>3 years of proven experience</b> in public relations or communications <br>
• Strong writing and editing skills in <b>Arabic and English</b> <br>
• Familiarity with Saudi media landscape and cultural norms <br>
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills <br>
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously <br>

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
