Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly capable <b>Procurement Specialist</b> to oversee and optimize our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and delivering materials, equipment, and services in a timely and cost-effective manner—ensuring operational efficiency and compliance across all procurement activities. <br> <br> Candidates with experience in both government and commercial sectors, and a strong command of the SABER platform and conformity certification procedures, will play a pivotal role in supplier negotiations and quality assurance.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Manage the full procurement cycle—from requisition to contract award. <br>
• Evaluate proposals and verify technical and commercial specifications. <br>
• Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers. <br>
• Resolve supplier-related issues promptly and professionally. <br>
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reporting systems. <br>
• Build and sustain strong relationships with both local and international vendors. <br>
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service levels to maximize value. <br>
• Ensure regulatory compliance through the SABER platform and related procedures. <br> <br>

<b>- Qualifications & Requirements:</b> <br>

<b>+ Essential:</b> <br>
++ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline <br> ++ 2–4 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain operations <br> ++ Proven expertise in using the SABER platform and handling supplier negotiations <br> ++ Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills <br> ++ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) <br> ++ Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) <br> ++ Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities <br> ++ Valid and transferable Iqama with a minimum of 3 months remaining <br> <br> <b># Compensation & Benefits:</b> <br>
