As a <b>Pre-Sales Representative</b>, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retail clients, ensuring product availability, and driving sales growth across assigned territories. You’ll act as the face of PepsiCo in the field—executing sales plans, negotiating shelf space, and identifying new business opportunities. Your role will directly impact brand visibility and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Conduct daily visits to assigned retail outlets to promote and sell PepsiCo products <br>
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and decision-makers <br>
- Execute sales strategies and ensure proper product placement and visibility <br>
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely restocking <br>
- Negotiate shelf space, promotional displays, and pricing agreements <br>
- Identify new sales opportunities and provide feedback to the sales manager <br>
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends <br>

<b>- Qualifications & Skills:</b> <br>
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) <br>
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales, account management, or FMCG fieldwork <br>
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills <br>
- Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate deals and manage client expectations <br>
- Sales Planning: Capable of developing and executing territory sales plans <br>
- Accounting: Familiarity with basic accounting and invoicing procedures <br>
