Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

- Coordinate with trainers, facilitators, and vendors to deliver sessions effectively <br>

- Prepare training materials, presentations, and evaluation forms <br>

- Identify training needs through surveys, performance reviews, and consultation with managers <br>
- Support budgeting and resource allocation for training initiatives <br>

<b>- Qualifications & Skills:</b> <br>
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Administration <br>
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in training coordination within educational or corporate institutions <br>
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills <br>
- Creativity & Planning: Ability to design engaging programs and manage logistics efficiently <br>
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, and digital collaboration tools <br>
- Language: Proficient in Arabic and English writing and documentation
