About the Role
Our company is currently seeking a qualified and proactive HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Admin to support our safety operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in safety administration who is looking to contribute to a growing and safety-conscious organization in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
<b>Key Requirements: </b> <br>
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HSE administrative roles
<br> - Strong understanding of health, safety & environmental regulations
<br> - Experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects is a plus
<br> - Must have a valid and transferable Iqama
<br> - Familiarity with incident reporting systems & document control <br> <br>
<b>- Qualifications:</b> <br>
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (preferably related to Health and Safety or Engineering)
<br> - Mandatory certifications: NEBOSH IGC / OSHA / IOSH
<br> - Additional HSE certifications are an advantage <br> <br>
<b>- Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Maintain and update safety records & compliance documentation
<br> - Prepare reports, safety audits, inspection checklists & incident logs
<br> - Manage documentation of permits, risk assessments & safety notices
<br> - Track and maintain employee safety training records
<br> - Coordinate with HSE officers and site staff to ensure procedures are followed
<br> - Assist in internal and external HSE audits
<br> - Organize HSE meetings & follow up on action items
<br> -
Ensure timely submission of reports and maintain confidentiality
<br> <br>
<b>- Skills: </b> <br>
- Good communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
<br> - Detail-oriented and well-organized
<br> - Proficient in Microsoft Office
<br> - Able to multitask and work independently or in a team
<br> - Reliable and flexible in handling responsibilities
