About the Role
We are seeking a <b>Performance Management Specialist</b> to join our HR team in Dammam. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about driving employee performance, aligning individual goals with organizational strategy, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The PMS will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing performance frameworks across departments.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Develop and maintain performance management systems, tools, and KPIs <br>
- Facilitate goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals <br>
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related issues <br>
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements <br>
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to align performance with talent development <br>
- Support succession planning and career pathing initiatives <br>
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and Saudi labor regulations
<br> <br> <b>- Education & Experience Requirements:</b> <br> - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field <br>
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on performance management or organizational development <br>
- Strong understanding of performance evaluation methodologies and HR best practices <br>
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools is a plus <br>
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
