About the Role

The Service Order Manager is responsible for the execution of all spare parts orders for the compression fleet in the assigned customers/territory in the region. This role process and follow up on spare parts orders (support to other service lines may also be required, i.e. repairs), from order registration to delivery, in compliance with contractual commitments to customers. The Service Order Manager is also responsible for managing and monitoring the backlog of parts orders, managing customer contact during execution and representing Compression Service to clients whenever needed, driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

<b>How You’ll Make an Impact:</b> <br>

++ Owner of the order management process from handover through to invoice of spare parts business. Supports the PM team in the material delivery of Repair & Overhaul and Modernization & Upgrade business. 10-15% domestic / international travel may be required. <br> ++ Customer management for orders under execution, being the voice of the customer in the organization, while improving customer contact with all service offerings within the region, including regular, proactive, and/or early communication in case of any issues. <br> ++ Responsible for order booking, raising purchase orders on internal and external suppliers, issuing order confirmations to the client, expediting delivery and coordinating shipments with the customer and freight forwarders. <br> ++ Collaborates with internal teams (Technical Support, Engineering, Product Competency Centers, Sales, etc.) to clarify technical requests from the customer and resolve delivery concerns. Coordinates with Project Manager for outage/project critical deliveries to ensure project execution on time. <br> ++ Reviews, checks and prepares as necessary shipping documentation to ensure all country specific requirements are fulfilled. Prepare all necessary documentation for invoice and revenue recognition. <br> ++ Assists the finance team with accurate forecasting of deliveries to ensure revenue and cash collection targets are met. Align and coordinate the execution of service orders together with the PCC Parts Execution team in ME&AP. Ensure the update and analysis of key service indicators (OTD, PDBL, etc.). <br> <br>

<b>- What You Bring:</b> <br>

++ A bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, logistics, or a related field. <br> ++ 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, service business, order management or a related field. <br> ++ Experience in Oil & Gas industry or with rotating equipment under a service-oriented organization is a plus. <br> ++ Solid computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in order management tools and concepts. <br> ++ Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP software (i.e. SAP) is highly desirable. Specific exposure in SAP T-codes (VA01 – Sales Order Entry, VF01 – Create Invoice, ME23N – Display Purchase Orders, ME51N – Create Purchase Requisition, VL10B – Create Delivery Note) is an added advantage. <br> ++ Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. Fluent in English, with additional languages applicable for the assigned region being an advantage. Team player and problem solver.
