Civil Supervisor

We are seeking a seasoned <b>Civil Supervisor / Civil Engineer</b> with extensive experience in civil construction and finishing works. The ideal candidate will oversee residential and commercial projects across the Eastern Region, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and timely execution. This role demands strong technical expertise, client-facing communication skills, and a proactive approach to project coordination and business development.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Supervise and execute all phases of civil works, including: <br>
  ++ Blockwork, plastering, tiling, painting, flooring <br>
  ++ Gypsum installation, roofing, waterproofing, and other finishing tasks <br>
• Coordinate civil-related electrical and plumbing activities <br>
• Conduct site visits and client surveys to assess project requirements <br>
• Prepare engineering drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and cost estimates <br>
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project timelines <br>
• Generate new business leads and maintain strong client relationships <br>
• Oversee both residential and commercial construction projects <br>

• Participate in engineering training programs and contribute to technical development

<b>- Candidate Requirements:</b> <br>

• Minimum <b>10 years of hands-on experience</b> in civil construction and finishing works <br>
• Proven track record in managing projects within the <b>Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia</b> <br>
• Strong proficiency in reading and preparing engineering drawings, BOQs, and estimations <br>
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for multi-disciplinary teams <br>
• <b>Arabic language proficiency</b> is a strong advantage <br>
• Must possess a <b>valid transferable Iqama</b> and a <b>Saudi driving license</b>
