<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

<b>## For Civil Draftsman:</b> <br> ++ Prepare detailed engineering drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting tools <br> ++ Collaborate with engineers and site teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility <br> ++ Maintain and update project documentation and drawing archives
<br><br> <b>## For Site Supervisor:</b><br> ++ Oversee daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of civil works <br> ++ Supervise labor teams and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications <br> ++ Conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality and safety standards <br> ++ Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers for seamless workflow <br> ++ Manage site resources including materials, tools, and equipment
<br><br> <b>## For Driver:</b><br> ++ Safely transport materials, tools, and personnel between project sites <br> ++ Maintain vehicle condition and ensure timely servicing <br> ++ Support site logistics and assist with deliveries and pickups as needed

<b>- Candidate Requirements:</b><br>

<b>## Civil Draftsman / Site Supervisor:</b><br>
++ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field <br> ++ 2–3 years of experience in construction or site management <br> ++ Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong technical understanding of civil works <br> ++ Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
<br><br> <b>## Driver:</b><br>
++ Valid <b>Saudi Driving License</b><br>
++ Familiarity with Riyadh routes and basic vehicle maintenance <br> ++ Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
