About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced <b>Procurement Quality Control Supervisor</b> with a proven track record in <b>Aramco projects (minimum 5 years)</b> to join our dynamic team in Jeddah. This critical role ensures that all procured materials and services meet the highest quality benchmarks and strictly adhere to Aramco’s compliance standards. <br> <br> <br> <b>> Please Note:</b> This is a supplier-based position with an attractive salary package. Sponsorship transfer is not available. Applicants must hold a valid Iqama along with either an <b>Ajeer paper or a Kafeel</b> authority letter.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
++As the Procurement QC Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind our quality assurance efforts, ensuring every procurement activity aligns with client expectations and regulatory standards. Your duties will include:

- Reviewing material requisitions and purchase orders for full compliance with Aramco and contractual requirements <br>
- Ensuring inspection criteria are clearly defined in all procurement documentation <br>
- Verifying implementation of Saudi inspection comments and issuing internal NCRs when necessary <br>
- Overseeing vendor selection processes, including No-Objection procedures <br>
- Coordinating inspection schedules with agencies and field inspectors <br>
- Evaluating inspection reports, resolving discrepancies, and forwarding to client (VID) when required <br>
- Issuing NCRs for violations and ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively <br>
- Preparing inspection assignment packages and agendas for pre-inspection meetings <br>
- Reviewing sub-vendor quality procedures and ensuring full compliance <br>
- Submitting NMRs/IDRs and managing source inspection coordination <br>
- Generating weekly fabrication status reports and updating QA managers on compliance metrics <br>
- Supervising procurement and material control teams to ensure timely execution <br>
- Collaborating with QA and project managers to maintain overall project quality standards <br>
- Investigating root causes of vendor non-conformance and recommending corrective strategies <br> <br>
<b>- Candidate Requirements:</b> <br>
- Minimum <b>7+ years of procurement/quality experience</b> within Saudi Arabia <br>
- At least <b>5 years of direct Aramco-related procurement QC experience</b> <br>
- Deep understanding of <b>Aramco inspection protocols and NCR procedures</b> <br>
- Valid <b>Iqama (non-transferable)</b> <br>
- <b>Ajeer paper or Kafeel authority letter</b> is mandatory <br>
- Bachelor’s degree in <b>Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain</b> or a related discipline (preferred) <br>
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills <br>
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight project deadlines
