Civil Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented <b>Civil Engineer</b> with proven experience in interior fit-out and structural coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that civil works align with architectural plans, MEP integration, and client specifications. You’ll play a key role in supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. <br> <br> <b>++Nationality Preference:</b> Indian (Kerala preferred)

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Review architectural drawings and ensure civil works are aligned with design intent and MEP layouts <br>
• Supervise structural modifications, partitions, flooring, and ceiling installations <br>
• Coordinate with MEP and interior teams to ensure seamless integration of civil elements <br>
• Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely execution <br>
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards <br>
• Prepare daily reports, material requests, and assist in project documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 2–4 years of experience in fit-out and civil site execution <br>
• Strong understanding of construction materials, finishes, and structural detailing <br>
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and site reporting tools <br>
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
