About the Role
We’re hiring a skilled <b>Mechanical Engineer</b> to oversee HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems within high-end fit-out projects. You’ll ensure mechanical installations are executed to specification, integrated with interior works, and meet all safety and performance standards.

Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Review mechanical drawings and coordinate with design and fit-out teams <br>
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, and fire systems <br>
- Ensure mechanical systems are properly integrated with architectural and electrical elements <br>
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety codes and client requirements <br>
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and propose effective solutions <br>
- Maintain documentation, material logs, and progress reports
<br> <br> <b>- Requirements:</b> <br> - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering <br>
- 2–4 years of experience in MEP and fit-out projects <br>
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems <br>
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project scheduling tools <br>
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
