Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs that balance aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability
- Coordinate with civil and electromechanical teams to ensure design integration
- Prepare 2D/3D models, renderings, and technical drawings
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and client specifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
- Skilled in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite
- Strong creative and spatial visualization abilities
- Knowledge of Saudi building regulations is a plus
