QC Inspector – Coating

The QC Inspector will oversee coating quality across pipeline projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications. This role involves rigorous inspection, documentation, and reporting to maintain high-quality outcomes.

Experience Required: 3 – 5 years
Location: Project-based (onshore/offshore)

🧪 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual and NDT inspections of coated surfaces
• Verify surface preparation, coating thickness, curing, and adhesion
• Maintain detailed inspection reports and quality documentation
• Ensure compliance with ISO, SSPC, and project-specific standards
• Collaborate with production and QA/QC teams to resolve discrepancies

✅ Requirements:

• Certification in NDT methods (e.g., UT, MT, PT)
• Familiarity with coating standards (SSPC, NACE, ISO)
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
