Crew Supervisors will lead coating teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of pipeline coating projects. They will coordinate daily activities, enforce safety standards, and liaise with project managers.

Experience Required: 5+ years
Location: Field (onshore/offshore)

• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Monitor progress and report to site/project managers
• Resolve on-site issues and optimize crew performance
