Senior Regional Sales Manager

Henkel – Dammam announces a vacancy for the year 2025 in the field of Sales Management.

• Responsibilities: ✅ Lead the sales team and provide daily guidance to ensure targets are met
  ✅ Monitor distributor performance and oversee retail and truck sales operations
  ✅ Develop sales strategies and increase market share
  ✅ Prepare performance reports and analyze results to support decision-making

• Requirements & Qualifications: ✅ Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration
  ✅ Proficiency in both English and Arabic
  ✅ Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, including managing teams and distributors
  ✅ Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills to drive results
  ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong commercial acumen
