Finance Manager

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager / Regional Accounts Manager to lead and oversee financial and accounting operations across the Saudi Arabia region. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company’s financial growth and operational excellence.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
• General • Lead and supervise financial and accounting operations across the region. • Prepare and issue periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) for head office. • Monitor annual budgets, spending plans, and variance analysis. • Oversee cash flow management and ensure sufficient liquidity for branch operations. • Ensure compliance with ZATCA requirements, including e-invoicing and VAT. • Supervise the accounting team (GL, AP, AR, payroll) and ensure a monthly closing timely month-end. • Manage bank reconciliations, payables, receivables, and credit control. • Oversee stock reconciliations in coordination with operations. • Provide recommendations to senior management on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing profitability.

• Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (Master’s or CPA/ACCA/SOCPA preferred). • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role within retail or multi-branch companies. • Proven experience with ZATCA compliance and e-invoicing. • Proficiency in ERP systems. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.

• Salary: • SAR 7,000 to 16,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
