As a Sales Specialist at Lafit, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our portfolio of advertising and branding services. You will work closely with internal creative and account management teams to ensure client needs are met with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads across various sectors
- Present and promote Lafit’s advertising, branding, and media services to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Understand client objectives and propose customized solutions that align with their goals
- Collaborate with design and production teams to deliver high-impact campaigns
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the advertising, media, or marketing sector
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with the local market in Al-Ahsa and surrounding regions is a plus
