About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to ensure compliance with company standards, ISO requirements, and client expectations. The role involves monitoring, auditing, and improving quality processes across facilities management projects.


Requirements

  • Key Responsibilities

++ Implement and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in line with ISO 9001.

++ Conduct internal audits and ensure corrective and preventive actions are executed.

++ Monitor service delivery performance and compliance with client contracts.

++ Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.

++ Support training and awareness programs for staff on quality procedures.

++ Collaborate with project managers and department heads to ensure operational excellence.

++ Maintain accurate documentation and records for QMS compliance.


  • Qualifications & Experience

++ Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.

++ Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience, preferably in Facilities Management.

++ Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.

++ Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

++ Strong analytical and reporting skills.
